Teepee Slumber Party FAQ's
FAQ 1:
How do I secure my party date/times?

Contact us through the form on the website. Once we have agreed on all party details you will be sent a contract to sign and pay a $50 deposit. Dates are on a first come first served basis and are not finalized until the deposit has been received. The $50 deposit is returned after the event if no damages to rental items occurred. If items were damaged during the event the replacement cost is subtracted from the $50 deposit.
FAQ 2:
When is the party payment due?

Full payment is due 1 week before your scheduled party. If payment is not received your party may be cancelled and the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
FAQ 3:
What if I have to cancel?
​
Parties must be canceled 7 or more days before the scheduled party date for a full refund. Parties canceled 3-6 days from the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the party price, and parties canceled 2 days or less from the party date will be charged 100% of the party price. If Tiny Tribe Teepees has to cancel the party for any reason, reschedule options, or a 100% refund will be given.
FAQ 4:
How much space will I need?

Each Teepee tent setup is around 6 feet in length and 4.5 feet in width. Based on the measurements of your space, we can work with you to design the best configuration for your event.
FAQ 5:
What time is set up and tear down?
​
We work with each client individually on set up and tear down times that work with both schedules. Set up/Tear down can take 1-2 hours depending on party details.
FAQ 6:
How far to you deliver?
​
We deliver in the Bloomington-Normal and surrounding areas. Outside areas may be considered for an additional delivery fee. Contact us today for a quote!
FAQ 7:
How do I prepare my space for the party?
​
We ask that the space you would like to host the party be prepared before our arrival. Furniture must be moved, floors swept and mopped, animals put away, and children in other areas. There is no smoking of any kind allowed around the party rental supplies. Any damage caused to rental items due to improper preparation may result in damage fees.

What themes are available?

We have multiple themes and multiple add-ons available and are constantly adding more. Interested in a specific theme? We would be happy to discuss!
FAQ 9:
Are pillows and blankets provided?
​
Blankets, sleeping pillows and decorative pillows are provided. We ask that only sleeping pillows are used to sleep on to help keep the decorative pillows in top condition.
FAQ 10:
Do we need to wash the linens before pickup?
​
No. We take the sanitization of our supplies very seriously. All linens are laundered in hypo-allergenic, antibacterial detergent after each use, All materials are disinfected after each party.
FAQ 11:
What is the largest and smallest party size?
​
You could have as little as two teepees and as many as 12 teepees set up. Just make sure you have enough room!
FAQ 12:
How many children are allowed per tent?
​
Due to safety reasons, only 1 child is permitted per tent.
FAQ 13:
Can I host my party at a hotel or Airbnb?
​
Yes! It is your responsibility to speak with the hotel or Airbnb to discuss set up/delivery and anything else needed, or specific rules that must be followed. Please also double-check available space to ensure teepees can fit.
FAQ 14:
Are food and beverages allowed in the tent?
​
Per our policy to avoid damage to the tents, mattresses, linens, and accessories, it’s preferable that food and drinks not be consumed while inside the tent. Any damage caused by food or drink in the tent will be taken out of the security deposit.
